Laguna Niguel. Decorated in rich, sexy hues of walnut, silver, coral,
and tangerine, our wine-tasting room evokes the atmosphere of a
contemporary masterpiece. We're truly a luxurious alternative to
traditional Southern California wine clubs and bars. Select from up
to 500 varieties of wine in 1,500 bottles - many of which are stored
in our illuminated, floor-to-ceiling glass tower. Enjoy a rotating
selection of 50 cheeses … served with freshly baked breads, Spanish
Marcona almonds, and olives tossed in olive oil and rosemary. Delight
in our acclaimed collection of chocolates, hand-crafted by world-class
international chocolatiers as well as local artisans. Ideal for romantic
evenings for two or larger California wine tasting events, ENO will
introduce you to a sensuous trilogy of flavor, including:
- Wine - Showcasing up to 500 varietals of wine in 1,500 bottles. Global in scope, the wine list emphasizes creations by vineyards in California, France, and Italy. Available by the bottle, glass, or flight. Served in Riedal crystal and on attractive hickory boards. About half of the wine bottles are stored in an illuminated, floor-to-ceiling glass tower.
- Cheese - Offering 50 types of cheese from California and other regions of the United States. Available as individual slices or flights. Served on marble slabs and accompanied by freshly baked breads, Spanish Marcona almonds, and olives tossed in olive oil and rosemary.
- Chocolate - Featuring a rotating menu of truffles and chocolate bars hand-crafted by international and local chocolatiers like Jin Patisserie and Recchiuti. Available as single servings or flights. Various local gourmet chocolate lines will be introduced throughout the season, in addition to special guest appearances by area chocolatiers.
