Located on the 28 oceanfront acres of the renowned Hotel del Coronado, ENO is set to redefine the San Diego wine tasting experience. ENO – the Hotel's newest culinary offering – boasts an upscale yet cozy tasting room devoted to the world's three greatest indulgences: wine, cheese, and chocolate. A glass-ensconced, floor-to-ceiling wine tower showcases our 2,800 bottle inventory, which is available either by the glass or in flights. As further tribute to gourmet pleasures, our built-in cheese and chocolate cases contain more than 50 types of cheeses from around the world, as well as a rotating selection of handmade chocolates and truffles. Savor the newest addition to San Diego wine tasting rooms, and enjoy exceptional flavors that include:

• Wine - Showcasing more than 300 selections of wines from around the world, with a total inventory of approximately 2,800 bottles. Over 50 wines are offered by the glass, with 15 different flights also available.
• Cheese - Enjoy a rotating selection of 50 different cheeses from all over the world. Flights are presented on marble and served with several two-and-a-half ounce tastings. Accompaniments such as dried fruit, honey and nuts are also served.
• Chocolate - Featuring an ever-changing list of gourmet and hand-made truffles and chocolates by Norman Love, as well as local chocolatiers Jack Fisher Confections and Dallmann Confections. Available as single servings or in flights.

• Eno-Versity classes, covering the histories, varieties, and pairings of wine, cheese, and chocolate
• Featured wine, showcasing a particular vineyard and wine each month
• Retail store, allowing you to purchase your favorite wines, cheeses, and chocolates
• Food and wine events, held regularly at our locations

California Wine Weekend Package

The legendary Hotel del Coronado will join forces with wine industry icons, David Ramey and David Corey for an exclusive weekend in celebration of California’s grapes. The Del’s inaugural Wine Weekend will present guests with the unique opportunity to meet these winemaking luminaries in an intimate setting and learn about their unique styles from different parts of the state. Award-winning 1500 OCEAN Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott will also treat guests to spectacular cuisine created explicitly to complement the distinct wine styles of Ramey Wine Cellars and Core Wine Co.

Friday, September 10th

• 4 – 5:30pm: ENO-Versity with David Corey
  ENO, The Del’s wine, cheese and chocolate room will be the site for a special wine tasting class led by David Corey. Sample some of his favorite wines along with complimentary cheeses and chocolates and learn more about Core Wine Company.
• 6pm: Connoisseur Dinner with David Corey
  Enjoy an intimate discussion with David over a fabulous four-course dinner in the 1500 OCEAN private dining room. Chef Sinnott will prepare a special menu to complement Core Wine Company wines.

Saturday, September 11th

• 4 – 5:30pm: ENO-Versity with David Ramey
  Sample exciting new wines from Ramey Wine Cellar in a special class led by the legendary winemaker at ENO. Class will also include cheese and chocolate pairings.
• 6pm: Enjoy an intimate dinner with David Ramey in 1500 OCEAN
  Enjoy the private dining room where Chef Sinnott will create another decadent four-course menu to complement Ramey Vineyard fine wines.
