This season, ENO Wine Bar is putting its own unique twist on a cold weather favorite: fondue. Beginning on December 7th, the wine bar will be adding the ENO Cabernet Cuvee Chocolate Fondue to its menu selection. The dessert will be a blend of milk chocolate and ENO’s Private Label Wine that is heated to perfection and served with dip-able sweet and savory bites such as strawberries, apple, pound cake and bacon. This warm and decadent dessert is priced at $20 and serves 2.
ENO Wine Bar is transforming into a chalet straight from the Swiss Alps with hearty melted cheese and savory bites. Until March 19, ENO Wine Bar will be firing up its Swiss Raclette Machine to warm local Georgetown diners.
The Raclette station will be an active dining experience, with Raclette dishes starting at $18. The cheese will be scraped over a selection of traditional crusty bread, baby golden potatoes, pearl onions and Cornichon pickles, with an option to add charcuterie to the dish. If ENO diners have brought their hearty Swiss appetites with them, they can return to the Raclette station for more melted cheese to be scraped on top of their savory bits.
ENO has paired the seasonal dish with a sparkling Gewürztraminer from the state of Washington that makes for the perfect accompaniment. The wine is priced at $18 per glass.
Every Wednesday from 9-11 pm students 21 and over with a valid id can enjoy select $7 wines on tap and $7 beers.

The Georgetown location’s team of seasoned sommeliers worked in partnership with the Virginian Breaux Vineyards to craft this unique Meritage. Meritage is a smooth mix of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc 20% Merlot, 14%. The process to craft this blend involved taking trips to Breaux Vineyards and partnering with the winery’s veteran winemaker, Heather Munden. After creating several blends by measuring and testing varietals at different percentages, the final product was established through a blind taste test. Meritage is available for $18 a glass, $72 a bottle
