A Delicious Education In Wine, Cheese, And Chocolate
Learning about wine can be an exceptionally rewarding experience. It's been said that understanding a wine's history,
type of grape, and region of origin can enhance your appreciation dramatically and stimulate your palate even more when
pouring a glass. Allow ENO to help you become an accomplished connoisseur. Aside from consulting our approachable wine
directors and servers - all of whom possess encyclopedic knowledge of vino - you can enroll in our groundbreaking
Eno-Versity. This unique initiative is designed to educate your taste buds in a fashion that's fun, comprehensive,
interactive, and unpretentious. Our classes touch on the histories, types, and pairings of wine. Are you already
an educated wine enthusiast? Eno-Versity will also instruct you on the dynamics of
cheese and
chocolate as well. Whether you're
a novice or expert, young or old, Eno-Versity will send you off with a fine pedigree in the art of exquisite taste.
