  • June 12th Class & 1500 OCEAN Connoisseur Dinner: Tablas Creek, Paso Robles

Paso Robles is one of the most promising wine growing regions in California. A massive belt of limestone runs through the west side of the region while the most severe diurnals (shift between high and low temperature from day to night) in the state drive complexity and balance in the grapes as they develop on the vine. Tablas Creek was founded by the Haas and Perrin Families. The Perrin Family has operated Chateau de Beaucastel in Chateauneuf du Pape for many generations. Respected around the world for their prized wines, all vines planted at Tablas Creek are sourced from Beaucastel in Chateaunuef du Pape, the Tablas Creek vineyards are certified organic and absolutely beautiful. This ENO class will be followed by an intimate four-course dinner at 1500 OCEAN.

  • July 24th Class & 1500 OCEAN Connoisseur Dinner: Ap Vin, Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs, San Francisco
