pouring a glass. Allow ENO to help you become an accomplished connoisseur. Aside from consulting our approachable wine
directors and servers - all of whom possess encyclopedic knowledge of vino - you can enroll in our groundbreaking
Eno-Versity. This unique initiative is designed to educate your taste buds in a fashion that's fun, comprehensive,
interactive, and unpretentious. Our classes touch on the histories, types, and pairings of wine. Are you already
an educated wine enthusiast? Eno-Versity will also instruct you on the dynamics of
cheese and
chocolate as well. Whether you're
a novice or expert, young or old, Eno-Versity will send you off with a fine pedigree in the art of exquisite taste.

- July 28 -"WWLW" Why We Love Wisconsin (and the Cheese). With over 160 years of cheese making history, what's not to love? 6:00 p.m./ $25
- August 25 -Chocolate & Chile-The ancient Maya referred to this as "Food for the Gods". Come with us as we explore this "dark" history. 6:00 p.m./ $35
- September 22 - Join us for the Autumnal Equinox! Early Christians celebrated with "Fatted Roast Goose". We will celebrate with Foie Gras & Oregon Pinot Noir. 6:30 p.m./ $50
- October 20 -Basque Magic – A proud people with good reason! Taste an array of Basque wines and cheeses ranging from Txakoli to Madrian and Idiázabal to Ossau-Iraty. And, there’s magic in store. 6:30 p.m./ $35 per person
- November 17 - Wine for the Holiday Table – A tasting of six wines that pair perfectly with Thanksgiving fare complimented with artisan American cheeses and, of course, Turkey. 6:30 p.m./ $35 per person
- December 15 - The Perfect Gift – Six affordable wines and six particular olive oils perfect for a hostess gift, a party bring – a – long or a last minute stocking stuffer! All items will be available for a last minute gift. 6:30 p.m./ This class is complimentary, our gift to you.

- July 13 - Wine Tasting 101- Learn the language of wine tasting. After
this class you will know what you’re talking about when it comes to
evaluating a wine – or at least you will sound like you do! We will
teach you the indicators that will help you determine the grape,
region, and vintage of wines from around the world.
- August 3 - Blending Competition-Assemble your team for the ultimate wine
tasting – learn how to blend your own wine and try to create the
winning “cuvee”. Winners take home a bottle of our ENO Pinot. Sign up
teams of 2-4 people. Price is $55 per person.
- September 14 - Chocolate- To be determined
- October 5 - The Other Down Under- Taste through some of the world-class
wines coming out of this quaint island called New Zealand. Learn which
regions are good for Cab, Pinot, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. Yes, there
is more than Kim Crawford from New Zealand – find your new favorite!
- November 2- South of the Border-Chilean and Argentinian Wines.Obsessed with Malbec? Love a dirty Carmenere from time to time? Come
learn why these varietals do so well in South America, and taste some
other examples of fine (and affordable) wines from this region.

- August 28 - Big Bold California Cab's 5:30 p.m.

- June 27th - Malm Cellars, Sonoma County, Brendan Malm crafts instant classics from some of our favorite classic grapes. Come and discover one of the rising stars of Sonoma County wine.
- July 11th - Rosé! Join us as we enjoy one of the ultimate summer wines. This won’t be Frankenstein (White Zinfandel) rather a selection of awesome pink wines from around the globe.
- July 18th - J. Wilkes Wines. Jeff Wilkes crafts Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from the Bien Nacido Vineyard in California’s Santa Maria Valley.
- August 8th - Four Vines has long been one of our favorite wineries in Paso Robles. The group loves to challenge conventions, come out and taste through their very eclectic selection from Tempranillo to Chardonnay.
- August 22nd - Peter Cargasacchi never disappoints. Join ENO for an intimate laugh riot with Peter Cargasacchi one of the rising stars of Pinot Noir in California.
- September 12th - Sparkling wines from around the world. This was one of the most talked about eno-classes of last year. Get Ready for Round Two!
- September 19th - A few of my favorite things. Every day guests ask what my favorite wines are, every day I avoid the question. When you are immersed in any field your tastes begin to diverge from the norm. A good Sommelier always is in the Objective, it is about you, the customer after all. This ENO-class will be a no holds-barred tasting of many of my favorite wines. An eye-opening experience is promised.
- October 24th - Taste of Spain. Few countries have as much to offer in food and wine as Spain does. The value for these items is at times almost obsurd. Join Eno for a delicious adventure into the Spanish countryside.
- October 31st - Halloween. To be announced. Be afraid, be very afraid.
