Okay, every time you pick up a bottle and look at the back; someone is gushing about the type of oak used to age the wine. While it is just a line on a description to some people, it is so much more. Oak is seen hand in hand with certain types of wine, like Cabernet Sauvignon. Oak barrels are extremely difficult to make and take a lot of time to construct.
