ENO at the Intercontinental adds Chocolatines!

Eno at the Intercontinental Chicago has added a new chocolatier! Chocolatines is a mother and daughter team located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Eno works with the daughter, Kasumi Wada, in creating the perfect chocolates for their flights. Chocolatines has 3 chocolates that are available at Eno. The dark chocolate pistachio is on the Sticky Sweet flight and is perfect with a flight of sparkling or dessert wine. The Caramel Apple Cinnamon truffle is on the TLC flight and is made with pureed granny smith apples, caramel, 72% dark chocolate, and Saigon cinnamon. Last, but certainly not least is the bacon and dark chocolate truffle that has been custom made for Eno. The pieces of crispy bacon inside a 72% dark chocolate truffle creates a savory treat that is the ideal pairing for a big meaty red wine. Chocolatines uses natural ingredients and their chocolates are precise, unique, and full of flavor.
